Unique and Indigenous Termite Detection

        Mr. Cayetano developed a unique way of determining the location of queen termites even beneath a concrete flooring without destroying the floor. It saves us from a lot of detection time, damaging expensive concrete or wooden floor . 

         Termite Control has never been easier... He introduces a "no queen, no pay" condition for treatments outside the house. 

        He can mine out the termite queen and present the same to the house owner. After taking the queen, he will treat the royal chamber or palace of the termite queen using environmentally friendly chemical solutions. This solution kills by "contact poisoning". All the colony members namely the workers and soldiers including the secondaries, will be exterminated. 


         The detection system prevents the more expensive "guess works" or "trial and error" as to the location of the termite colony bases.

Termites are amazing. while we have been controlling them, we become more and more amazed with their ingenuity.

There were times, especially in Baguio, where we have dig them up to as much as 90 feet below the surface.

Termite Control --- Baguio based termites --- (as I call them) are not the kind we usually see on the lowlands. Milk termites are gentler yet more viscious... Why? Because we usually think that our wood are still intact but when pressure is applied, we find out that it is already all eaten up. I started going out with my parents in their chosen field since I was 14 and every house have its own story. It was difficult for us to create a price list because every house has its unique case.
