Controlling termites

Termite Control --- Baguio based termites --- (as I call them) are not the kind we usually see on the lowlands. Milk termites are gentler yet more viscious... Why? Because we usually think that our wood are still intact but when pressure is applied, we find out that it is already all eaten up. I started going out with my parents in their chosen field since I was 14 and every house have its own story. It was difficult for us to create a price list because every house has its unique case. Hence ... for those who want to have their protected, it is best to integrate it during planning and during the construction... a house is an investment and it must live for several generations.
